Instructions for Use Grove Bags TerpLoc:
To get the most out of TerpLoc bags, follow these steps:
Flower Drying: First, hang the flowers in a dark, ventilated area for 10-14 days. The ideal conditions are a temperature of 15.5°C and a relative humidity of 60%. Avoid direct air flow on the flowers.
Measuring Flower Moisture: Use a hygrometer to measure the moisture content of flowers.
Proper Drying for Ripening: It is critical that all flowers are dried to 10-12% moisture from the day of harvest to properly ripen. Higher humidity levels will lead to mold formation before the water vapor evaporates. Continue drying until desired 10-12% is reached and then use Grove Bags.
Place in TerpLoc Bag: Place the dried flowers inside the TerpLoc bag, making sure to leave 15-25% empty space. This gap is necessary to create and maintain the ideal microclimate inside the bag and for proper air circulation.
Close and Seal: Close the zipper (zip) well. Optionally, for an even better seal, you can use a heat sealer at a temperature between 110°C and 140°C.
Storage for Maturation: Store the sealed bags in a dark room at a temperature of approximately 15.5°C for the recommended maturing period of 2-3 months.
Important Tip: To ensure adequate ventilation in the bag, fill the Grove Bag to 80-85%, without compressing the herbs.
